Forum

In order to gather stakeholders dedicated to Sport Education in Europe, ENSSEE regularly organises a biennial Forum where projects and initiatives developing the sector are presented.

10th ENSSEE Forum 2009

The next Forum will be organised in Ragusa, Italy by the Italian Olympic Committee on 18 - 20 September 2009. A pre-announcement can be found here. Further information will be posted as soon as possible.

9th ENSSEE Forum 2007

The latest Forum themed "Educational policies for sport in Europe - Future directions for cooperation" was hosted by the Escola Superior de Desporto de Rio Maior and held in Rio Maior/Portugal from 20 to 23 September 2007. Further information can be found at www.esdrm.pt.

On the occasion of the Forum, the ENSSEE General Assembly including the election of a new board was  conducted. The results can be seen here.

8th ENSSEE Forum 2005

The 8th ENSSEE Forum themed “Sport and physical activity in Europe: Preparing and sustaining effective professionals and volunteers” was organized by the National Coaching & Training Centre, University of Limerick and was held in Limerick/Ireland on September 01-04, 2005.

The Forum was connected to the 2nd Annual AEHESIS Conference and an ICCE conference and attracting more than 230 international sport scientists.

During four days, various lectures, workshops and discussions, all participants had the chance to exchange their knowledge and experiences within the areas of Sport Management, Physical Education, Sport Coaching and Health & Fitness.
